Alexandre Mars
CEO Phonevalley
Head of Mobile Publicis Groupe

A born entrepreneur and a pioneer of the new economy, Alexandre Mars has a 15+ years history of creating, managing and growing successful businesses in Europe and in the US.


After launching one of the first web agencies in Europe in 1996 and the creation of his own venture-capital fund in 1998 where he acted as an early stage investor, Alexandre got early convinced that mobile would offer fantastic development and momentum for brands. He created Phonevalley to provide advertisers with engaging mobile marketing solutions. The company quickly operated for prestigious clients such as Hewlett-Packard, L'Oreal, Paramount, Nestle or Procter & Gamble. Within a few years, Alexandre has grown Phonevalley to its current global market leader position, and in 2007 Phonevalley has been acquired by Publicis Groupe. Alexandre Mars was named Head of Mobile of Publicis Groupe in addition to his CEO role at Phonevalley.


A passionate individual about all issues surrounding the new technologies and entrepreneurship fields, Alexandre is frequently invited to share his views in the US and in Europe (MIT Conference, Mobile World Congress, New York Summit, the French Senate, EBG, etc).


Alexandre graduated from the HEC School of Management and the University of Paris Dauphine.


Charles-Henri Prevost
VP Global Business Development

Charles-Henri Prevost is a highly experienced executive specialized in the mobile marketing industry. He has solid background in growing the business of his clients and developing their exposure in the mobile field.

Today Charles-Henri leads Phonevalley's expansion across all regions and is in charge of all strategic partnerships.

Before joining Phonevalley, Charles-Henri worked in major IT and communications groups (Microsoft and TF1).


Charles-Henri has graduated from HEC Business School and Dauphine University (Masters in Economy & Telecom).


Olivier Le Garlantezec
VP Marketing

Olivier Le Garlantezec has over 10 years experience in the consumer goods marketing where he developed solid expertise of new technologies. He began his career at Vodafone and Alice (Tiscali), and joined The Cola-Cola Company where he was awarded for his branding strategies: Grand Prix Strategies 2006 for the best Media strategy and the Coca-Cola Worldwide Excellence Award for the «Best Marketing Partnership Program». Olivier was then in charge of the digital and CRM strategy for all Coca-Cola brands.


Olivier holds an MBA in Marketing and Advertising from ESG (Paris) and a Master in Economy.


Patrick Herrmann
CTO

Patrick joined Phonevalley in 2005 to lead the global technology development of the company. He leads the technology department that leverage inner R&D to develop core platforms and mobile-based services including messaging, mobile Internet and embedded applications. He was formerly Project Manager with Cap Gemini mobile consulting unit and NewtGames' CTO, a startup sponsored by Orange.


Patrick graduated from IMAC (French engineering school).


Devashish Sarkar
Regional Director Asia Pacific

Devashish Sarkar has extensive consumer marketing and media experience in companies such as BAT, Philip Morris, Tupperware, and BBC Worldwide. During his career, he has worked in India, China, Indonesia and Singapore.


Devashish has a Master's degree from Columbia University.


Angela Steele
Regional Director US

Before joining Phonevalley, Angela Steele was Vice President/Mobile Activation Director at Starcom USA. She was already the agency's foremost expert in the mobile space. She developed a talent to unequivocally reach her clients' consumers and substantiate these consumers' connection with measured results.


Angela earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration in advertising and marketing from Northwood University and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
